At Bespokegifts, we want you to be completely satisfied with your natural party decorations. If you are not happy with your purchase, we are here to help with returns and exchanges according to the terms outlined below.

Return Eligibility

You may return natural party decorations purchased from bespokegifts.world within 14 days of receiving your order, provided that:

  • Items are unused and in their original condition
  • Original packaging is intact and undamaged
  • All tags and labels remain attached
  • Items have not been exposed to moisture, strong odors, or other conditions that affect their quality
  • You have proof of purchase such as an order confirmation or receipt

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Custom or personalized decorations made to your specifications
  • Gift cards purchased from Bespokegifts
  • Items marked as final sale or clearance
  • Decorations that have been used, assembled, or displayed
  • Items showing signs of wear, damage, or alteration
  • Fresh or perishable natural materials past their expected lifespan

How to Return Items

To initiate a return of your natural party decorations:

  2. Provide your order number and the reason for the return
  3. Wait for our team to review your request and provide return instructions
  4. Pack items securely in their original packaging or suitable alternative
  5. Ship items back to the address provided using a trackable shipping method
  6. Keep your shipping receipt until the return is processed

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return:

  • If you received damaged, defective, or incorrect items, Bespokegifts will cover return shipping costs
  • If you are returning items for any other reason, you are responsible for return shipping costs
  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service as we cannot be responsible for returns that are lost in transit

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned natural party decorations:

  • If the return is approved, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days
  • You will receive an email confirmation when the refund has been processed
  • Please note that it may take additional time for your financial institution to post the refund to your account
  • Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error

Exchanges

If you would like to exchange natural party decorations for different items:

  • Contact us using the return process outlined above
  • Specify which items you would like to exchange and what you would like to receive instead
  • We will confirm availability of the replacement items
  • Return the original items following our return instructions
  • Once we receive and approve the return, we will ship the replacement items
  • Any price difference will be charged or refunded accordingly

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive natural party decorations that are damaged or defective:

  • Contact Bespokegifts immediately, preferably within 48 hours of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged items and packaging
  • We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including original shipping costs
  • You will not be charged for return shipping of damaged or defective items

Incorrect Items

If you receive incorrect items that do not match your order:

  • Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order
  • Describe the items you received versus what you ordered
  • We will arrange to send the correct natural party decorations and provide a prepaid return label for the incorrect items

Late or Missing Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe:

  • Check the tracking information provided in your shipping confirmation email
  • Contact the shipping carrier directly for updates
  • If the order is confirmed lost, contact Bespokegifts and we will work with you to arrange a replacement or refund

Refusal of Delivery

If you refuse delivery of your natural party decorations, the order will be returned to Bespokegifts. Once we receive the returned package, we will process a refund minus the original shipping costs and any return shipping fees charged by the carrier.

Your Consumer Rights

This Return Policy does not affect your statutory rights under applicable United States consumer protection laws. You may have additional rights under state and federal consumer protection legislation.
